For the intents and purposes of art. 13 of European Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter also the “GDPR”) and the relevant Italian legislation, this is to inform you that the personal data you contribute will be processed by the procedures and for the purposes set out below:
1) Data Controller
Ocmis Irrigazione S.p.A., with registered office in Castelvetro di Modena (Modena, Italy), via S. Eusebio n. 7, certified email address ocmisgroup.privacy@ocmis-irrigation.com, in its capacity of Data Controller with regard to the processing of your personal data pursuant to European Regulation (EU) 2016/679, hereby informs you that your data will be processed in a fair, lawful, transparent manner which protects your privacy and your rights.
2) Category of data collected
The data collected and processed by Ocmis Irrigazione S.p.A. are identification data (given name and surname), contact data (email address, landline and mobile phone numbers) and will specifically comprise contact personal data (given name and surname and email address), data and contacts of the relevant people within the organisation, and their role/function.
3) Purposes
With your specific consent, Ocmis Irrigazione S.p.A. will collect and process your data for the sending of newsletters and personalised news bulletins containing marketing material and initiatives for its products (for example, presentation of new products, mailing of catalogues, invitations and tickets for events and/or exhibitions, etc.) and/or advertising/informative material concerning the products and services offered by Ocmis Irrigazione S.p.A. via automated contact means (email).
4) Legal Basis
The contribution of data for the purposes as per the previous point is optional. In the event of failure to provide all or some of the data referred to above, provision of the Newsletter service may not be possible.
The legal basis of data processing for the above purposes is your specific consent, which you are free to provide or withhold as you wish and which may be withdrawn at any time.
5) Data processing methods and storage periods
Your personal data will be used by means of suitable paper, electronic and/or IT media, in accordance with the provisions of data processing legislation, with the adoption of adequate security processes in order to guarantee the data’s security and confidentiality. Moreover, your personal data will be processed by suitable trained and instructed staff. Communications and/or newsletters will be sent using the Zoho Campaigns app.
Your data will be conserved for a period of time not exceeding the fulfilment of the purposes for which they are processed, in accordance with the storage limitation principle contained in the GDPR. Specifically, your data will be conserved for as long as the newsletter service is provided, until you withdraw your consent.
Moreover, your data will not be in any way inserted in any automated decision-making process.
6) Context of disclosure, transfer abroad and dissemination of personal data
Data will only be processed by Ocmis Irrigazione S.p.A. staff and associates, acting as data users, who perform activities related to and necessary for the provision of the service requested, or by companies specifically designated as data processors (e.g. for the technological maintenance of the website). The list of these users and data processors is constantly updated and is available on request from ocmisgroup.privacy@ocmis-irrigation.com.
The data collected and processed are not transferred to companies or other organisations outside the European Economic Area.
Personal data will not be disseminated in any way.
7) Rights of the data subject
With regard to data processing, you may exercise the rights envisaged by articles 15 to 22 of European Regulation 2016/679. You may exercise your rights by contacting the Data Controller at ocmisgroup.privacy@ocmis-irrigation.com
If you believe that the data processing breaches the provisions of the GDPR, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority in accordance with art. 77 of the Regulation, or before the appropriate courts.
